If you hadn’t noticed already, Twitter just got a major facelift, changing its design to more closely resembles its sleek, mobile app. It was actually getting quite good but then they suddenly redesigned it to look completely different to the old Twitter. My suggestion is that - instead of trying to trick Twitter into using the Old Layout by using a User Agent, it would be far better to make this Extention a piece of HTML5 Code, which will be added to the browser changing the layout by using the HTML layout instructions to … They should've made it look more like the old Twitter instead of completely redesigning it. If you are concerned about your data, the only thing the addon does is change the user agent if you visit twitter. The design of the new twitter may have improved aesthetics, maybe / perhaps of the web design, but fails in the most important aspect, productivity and PC power purpose, the inability to right click and open a trend in a new tab with the new layout is plain dumb.
Notice that Facebook displays a two column design when the browser width is too small. You can install it from Chrome store directly. As Twitter's new layout does not support Internet Explorer 11, they switch you to old the layout. Refresh or reload the YouTube page and you will see you get the old YouTube layout.
