I gave James Allen 3 stars because there are definitely things they could improve, but I would absolutely buy from here again and give 5 stars if I would have known what to expect. It was very easy to use and the filters made it easy to narrow down my search for diamonds that I wanted to look for based on price, carat size, cut, and clarity.
I wish I could build a relationship with a jeweler like this, I just don't have the means and the time right now.
