It does not disappear after you lose against him either.You need 20 dinosaur fossil in order to challenge him again.I assume you don't have enough dinosaur fossil right?Also you do know that event bar on bottom left of the screen is not just a decoration, right.I think 90 million for lvl 90 and 100 million for lvl 100. best.
