Whenever I meet a new person they make the 'page' joke, as though they think they are the first person to make that joke to me. Use may possibly indicate an ancestor who was a page. A page in medieval households was usually a young boy whose service was the first step in his training as a knight. However I do think it makes an adorable mn for a lot of names.
But if anything.. since it means from someone who is in training to be a knight.. then maybe take it as you are always willing to protect the ones you love and care about most. Paige is my sisters middle name so we named one of our twins Paige Maddison after her aunt.

I don't hate it, but it's kind of a dull name to me. If you can make fun of yourself including your name.. bullies and Jacka$$ will have lose a lot of things/words to say to you. Personally I like my name, but I think if my name was spelt 'paige' I wouldn't like it. Paige is more name, and less word than the occupational Page.
