If you own a working iPhone X, there's no reason to buy the iPhone SE. Given the choice between the iPhone XS and the iPhone 11, I would almost certainly take the iPhone XS.
I have around 5 hours of screen on time, it depends on a lot of things. The P30 Pro is 6.5 inched and sometimes I feel it's too damn big. Haptic Touch is on the iPhone SE and does pretty much the same thing, except instead of having to press down harder on the screen, you long-press on the item. You can also capture slow-motion video on the iPhone 11's selfie camera, which Apple has regrettably branded as "slofies.". Oh, and if you pick one up reconditioned (which you kind of have to now, as the iPhone XS is discontinued), then you could save a further 40% on the RRP on the phone.
I really like it. The iPhone XS is now relatively affordable, thanks to the fact it has been replaced by the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro.
The iPhone SE is Apple's only new iPhone that has a physical home button. The 11 on the other hand is 800 dollars, and I would need to give him 260 dollars.
