The Dayton Daily News reports the first touched down in Troy, Ohio, at about 10:11 p.m. and lasted two minutes. Both tornadoes were ranked as EF0, with top winds around 80 mph. Last year, Ohio had its first tornado reported on January 8 th in northeast Ohio near Cortland, OH.
