Like you have to pay for "gas" but also have to get your own gas contract. It's never our intention to inconvenience our residents or make them feel as though their concerns aren't being heard. I live here now, and these photos look nothing like my apartment.
Maintenance takes too long to complete repairs and grounds are not always kept in the best presentation possible.Great neighborhood in walking distance from anything you would ever need (target, whole foods, fresh food market, dollar tree etc.)
Every other week, the water was shut off in my building for "emergency repairs. I reported it to GoldOller corporate (who has not been helpful either) and they eventually “figured out” how to correct their “math error”.
The service is slow the grounds always look like trash. We take feedback like yours seriously and will address it with our staff. In addition to that nightmare, the garbage bins are not emptied frequently enough and at least twice a week, a mountain of trash builds up outside the dumpsters.

The Legacy at Druid Hills 1491 Druid Valley Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30329 . Ownership is rude, unresponsive, and just does not care about their tenants. The surprisingly spacious balcony is perfect for entertaining a few close friends, and using my smoker to make tasty meals.It's a good place to live for the money. The amenities are about what you would expect for such a large complex; a crowded, questionably clean pool, a standard laundromat, and a minimal gym. We will be happy to discuss your concerns further.
The grounds are always well manicured, the pool is awesome and the residents are friendly.
