i know emeralds are harder on the moh's scale at 8 and chrome diopside is around 5-6 but what does this mean in real life settings ie if u wear them everyday do they get scratched (especially the chrome diopside which is a lot softer) and apparently chrome diopside is supposed to be a more intense colour and much more sparlely as it supposed to refract the light better is this true ??
