The loco has a crack in the inner firebox and its boiler certificate has lapsed. As above these aee his property and he is free to do with them as he wishes, however as he said above "no one will write him a 7 year ticket" sadly he won't last forever and at some point these locos will become the property of another person(s) or organisation.
