Now that the trilogy is complete, what is your opinion on the games? Both games are present here in versions very similar to their HD upscalings for the Xbox 360.They run at 720p, according to a weird pop-up in the corner of my television that I haven't been able to turn off yet, and although there might be minute differences, my fairly unscientific comparison of loading the PS3 and 360 games up, switching back and forth.Beneath all that, however, both games have held up very well anyway. But other then that the graphics are amazing and the gameplay is not only smooth but very well built. Story was merely okay but gameplay and exploration was pretty darn good.Rise was pretty terrible except for a few standout moments. Shadow of the Tomb Raider has been excellent so far. The game was nontraditional compared to other Tomb Raider games as it was an arcade-style action game.. And this new one is probably one of my favorite games in a pretty long time.I didn't care for the original series they had. They don't quite have what I loved about the original games (brutal platforming and puzzles) but they're a lot of fun. HDR: HDR functionality available with supported games and TVs. So away I went and grabbed Shadow on release day and have been playing it solidly when able since.I have enjoyed each iteration very much and I think each one has improved upon the last. Similar but better.This is a great game and it's not boring. I've noticed that there are wildly differing opinions in this thread relating to which plot people have enjoyed.
